IME is a diversified Marine Surveying and Consultancy Company dedicated to serving the Marine and Insurance Industry with the highest quality standards.

Our company specializes in Marine Surveys, Dry, Liquid and Refrigerated Cargo Inspections, Marine Claims & Loss Adjusting, Project Cargo Inspections, Flag States Inspections, Marine Consultancy, and Marine Accident Investigations.
Our customer includes Cargo, Hull & Machinery Underwriters, P & I Clubs, Ship Owners, Ship Managers, Ship Yards, Attorneys and Solicitors. Recognizing that each client has specific needs and requirements IME will provide the experts necessary to ensure the client has a solution to its Marine Claims and Risk Issues.

Our team of experts is composed of graduates from the United States Merchant Marine Academy (Kings Point), World Maritime University (Malmö), and other highly recognized maritime educational institutions.
At IME, continuous improvement is incorporated into every engagement we undertake. Our Quality Management System, certified under ISO 9001 and 17020.
IME is the first Panamanian company to become a member of the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC), an organization that covers the world leaders in the field of testing, inspection, and certification.
